NAMI of Snohomish County offers an array of education and training programs for consumers, family members, providers, and the general public. NAMI’s education programs provide relevant information, valuable insight to reduce stigma, and the opportunity to engage in networks of support and understanding.
These programs draw on the lived experience of mental health consumers, family members, and caregivers who have learned to live with their own illnesses or those of a family member. Facilitators have been extensively trained to use their own experience to help others.
Whether you are a consumer, a family member, a provider, or a member of the general public, there is a NAMI education or support program that can help you learn more about mental illnesses, develop coping strategies, or find the support you need.
