- Contact your child’s health insurance to find what substance use treatment services are covered under the plan.
- Contact treatment centers directly for more information regarding payment options and insurance plans they accept.
- The Behavioral Health Treatment Services locator (provided by SAMHSA), provides information for each treatment services listed. Their “Frequently Asked Questions” page also has more information regarding cost of treatment. You can also contact their national helpline at 1-800-662-HELP (4357) to learn more about the treatment centers offered.
- Visit InsureKidsNow.gov to learn more about low coverage options for your family.
